Intellius is a scam company. Amazing that Indian guy made himself into a billionaire by being a scam artist. He is of the ilk of those street people that burn the eyes of children out of their heads so they can make more money begging. No joke.

Quite frankly, I have no idea what you expect to do with it if you do find out. No one is really going to use their resources to find someone who is spamming you. The credit card companies don't even take a hard line on fraud any more. I've had foreign transactions put through on a few of my credit cards and reported them. My bank or credit card issuer just refunds the money and sends me a new credit card with a different number. Hell, one time I caught it within minutes of the charge and it was for airfare. They could have easily reported it to the authorities and had someone at the airport to arrest the person. They couldn't care less. The easiest thing to do is ignore and/or block it.
Probably a VOIP,and a friend messing with you. Finding out the number won't do any good...
If you want to be funny back to them, go to bluffmycall.com, and you can call them & make any number you want show up ringing on their end.
For instance, you can call them & make their own number ring on their phone, and they'll wonder what what the heck is going on.
If you ever get local calls & answer but it's some promotional BS, this is how they're doing it.

Imagune calling a guy or girl up when they're with their new partner, and making their ex's number show up...^<<^
